Transfer of activities: assessment, management and planning
The project transfer phase brings into play, in addition to technical components, sensitive human and social factors.
This step requires early preparation in order to control its progress and limit hazards as much as possible. IDA is thus involved in the development of functional and operational modes of governance according to the constraints of the recipient.
Experience, rigor, competence, openness and the availability of our expertise are a guarantee for mastering this phase.
To this end, IDA pays particular attention to ensuring throughout the project the development and management of skills at the local level to ensure the sustainability of its interventions and also to offer adequate support during the transition phases.
